I have received a parking fine for the weekend of 15th /16th October.I am appealing because I had parked at the holiday inn hotel because I was staying there overnight. I entered my vehicle details into their touch screen when I confirmed my room at reception.
Please explain how can I be charged for parking my car in the hotel car park when I was staying there.
In case you need to contact the hotel the room was booked by my wife mrs L.Bow

Firstly, you should lodge your appeal with Parking Eye using the form on the contact page of their website. Secondly, when you lodge your appeal, you should include the documentation that shows you were stating at the Holiday Inn (for example, a receipt or email confirming your stay). Thirdly, you should contact Holiday Inn and ask them to contact Parking Eye on your behalf to have the fine cancelled.
