Secondly, when you lodge your appeal, you should include the documentation that shows you were stating at the Holiday Inn (for example, a receipt or email confirming your stay). Thirdly, you should contact Holiday Inn and ask them to contact Parking Eye on your behalf to have the fine cancelled.

Firstly, you should lodge your appeal using the form on the contact page of Parking Eye’s website. Secondly, even though you were waiting in the car, you are still considered to be parking. As well as appeal to Parking Eye, you should also contact the supermarket and ask them to contact Parking Eye to have your fine cancelled.

You could provide a copy of an email or other documentation from ASADA that states you were working there.

I registered keeper of vehicle ******* ,Parking eye reference 142161684899 dispute the parking fine due to the fact at no time did I leave my car Registration **** ***. I was genuinely waiting on my sister-in-law who was shopping in the supermarket. I would appreciate it if you would look into the matter asap.

I have received a parking fine for the weekend of 15th /16th October.I am appealing because I had parked at the holiday inn hotel because I was staying there overnight. I entered my vehicle details into their touch screen when I confirmed my room at reception.
Please explain how can I be charged for parking my car in the hotel car park when I was staying there.
In case you need to contact the hotel the room was booked by my wife mrs L.Bow

Parking Eye take up to 35 days to process appeals and payments. It’s only been 18 days so far.

In reply to your letter 09-08-2016 I wrote a letter containing
a cheque for £50 also two parking tickets to the appeal within
a few days, also an explanation .I haven’t had any reply and now
I now have had a reminder the £50 cheque No 400029
